What LabelTrim does

LabelTrim processes PDFs that you explicitly select to crop, rotate, and export shipping labels. Document processing happens on your computer. LabelTrim does not upload PDFs, label images, addresses, barcodes, filenames, or document contents to the publisher, ExtensionPay, or Stripe.

Local information

The workspace holds selected PDFs in memory while open. Clear the batch or close the workspace to remove them from the app's memory. Downloaded output files remain wherever you save them.

Named layouts and a timestamped payment-status cache are stored in Chrome extension local storage. Delete layouts in the app, or uninstall the extension to remove its local settings.

Payments and license verification

If you use Pro, ExtensionPay and Stripe provide checkout and payment verification. They process information necessary for accounts and transactions, including your email address, payment status, transaction details and technical identifiers. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider, not by LabelTrim's PDF editor. The publisher may access customer and transaction information through these providers for support, refunds and accounting.

The ExtensionPay library stores an installation identifier, account information and payment state in Chrome extension storage; it may use Chrome Sync when available. Payment information can therefore follow your Chrome profile according to your Chrome settings. License checks contact extensionpay.com. The extension contains no advertising, PDF-content tracking, or analytics code; the providers' own websites have separate privacy policies.

Permissions

The storage permission is used for saved layouts and purchase status. The extension does not request permission to read your browsing history or the contents of arbitrary websites. All PDF code is bundled with the extension. The toolbar button opens the workspace.

Sharing and retention

Document contents are not sold or shared. Account and payment information is used for providing paid features, support, fraud prevention and required business records. Provider retention is governed by their policies. Uninstalling LabelTrim does not delete external payment records or downloaded files. Contact the publisher regarding account or deletion requests; payment records may need to be retained where required.

The extension's use and transfer of information comply with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
