What Scorekeeper reads

On pages of www.livescore.com, Scorekeeper reads the visible match-favorite (star) controls so it can follow the matches you star. It reads nothing on any other website and does not collect your browsing history.

Score requests

To refresh scores, Scorekeeper requests match, team and league data from the public score feeds used by LiveScore (www.livescore.com, prod-cdn-public-api.lsmedia1.com and prod-cdn-mev-api.lsmedia1.com). Requests contain only the match, team or league identifiers being followed and are sent without cookies or account credentials. These services receive ordinary connection information such as your IP address, under their own policies. Scorekeeper does not use a LiveScore account, password or token.

Stored data

Followed matches, teams and leagues, the latest scores, your saved order and display settings are stored in Chrome extension local storage on your computer. Use Clear followed sources and scores in the extension, or uninstall it, to remove them.

Permissions

storage saves your followed sources, scores and settings. alarms schedules background refreshes about once a minute. sidePanel shows scores in Chrome's side panel. Host access to LiveScore and its public score-feed hosts lets the extension read favorite stars on LiveScore pages and fetch scores. All code is bundled with the extension; no remote code is executed.

Sharing

The extension's use of information complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Independence
